Hi-High-Hai! My name's Darian.
I added a DeviantArt profile some years ago telling myself I would take up drawing again - but you see, I am an alcoholic Scotsman. Though this is hardly a shock combination in itself, being a raving alcy AND Scottish means my attentions are forever drawn upon pubs rather than paper :/
-HOWEVERZ: a recent reaffirming of my love and appreciation for comic-based art -and drunkenly splashing a cool £180 on a Bamboo tablet and a flatbed scanner recently- has pulled me back in to create, submit, view, learn, nod enthusiastically and no doubt claw my temple with sheer bewilderment toward the enormity of styles and skill on show here... but it's mainly to avoid the pub.
Insofar as being an artist goes, I haven't committed enough time in the past to what I enjoy drawing and writing about to really grow and develop, so I must concede that, at present, I'm not very good. But henceforth I'll let you be the judge of that, ja? Ja! x ;)
